This policy explains how Oak Strong Living ("we", "us") handles information when you visit oakstrongliving.net. We don't sell products on this site and we don't ask you to create an account.
Information we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up. When you request our free checklist or newsletter, we collect your email address and a record of your consent. We use a double opt-in: you are only added once you click the confirmation link we send.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and what you write.
- Usage information. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the referring page and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Advertising and click information. If you arrive from an ad, the link may contain an identifier added by the ad platform (for example a Google click identifier). We record that identifier, whether you signed up, and whether you later clicked through to a partner's site, so we can measure which ads work.
Cookies and service providers
- Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and related Google services, to measure visits, ad performance and sign-ups. When you sign up, Google's measurement tools may receive a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address to match the sign-up to an ad click. - Brevo, our email provider, which stores subscriber addresses and sends our emails.
- Click-tracking software, which records ad clicks and clicks to partner sites so that sales made through affiliate links can be attributed.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and handles our email forwarding.
We do not use the health topics you read on this site to build advertising audiences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and manage personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
Affiliate purchases
If you click an affiliate link and buy something, the purchase happens on the seller's or payment platform's website, under their privacy policy. We never receive your payment details. We may receive limited information about the sale (such as the amount and a reference number) so our commission can be attributed.
How we use information
- To send the checklist and newsletter you asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To reply to your messages and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers above, with affiliate partners to the extent needed to attribute sales, and where the law requires. We never sell or rent your email address.
Your choices and rights
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live (for example California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email hello@oakstrongliving.net. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above (subscriber addresses until you unsubscribe) and use reasonable measures to protect it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
